TXTA made significant progress in our lawsuit reform efforts through our partnership with Texans for Lawsuit Reform and the creation of the Keep Texas Trucking Coalition during the 87th Legislative Session. The Texas Legislature passed House Bill 19, which is a tremendous step in the right direction, but the work is not done! We need the industry to continue to be on alert as we continually pursue lawsuit reforms.
