TXTA will not be offering Kids Club through the association. However, conference attendees are able to utilize the Kids Club offered directly through La Cantera.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations – Reservations cancelled within 3 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
- No Shows – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
- Early Departures – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.
TXTA Annual Conference Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations prior to June 30 – No cancellation fee
- Cancellations between July 1 and July 22 – 50% of registration fee
- Cancellations after July 23 – No refunds
