Join us at TXTA Headquarters in Austin, TX for our Fall Meetings from November 10-12, 2026! We’ll start with an Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) networking event on Tuesday, November 10, followed by ELC, Committee and Executive Meetings on Wednesday. Wednesday evening, TXTA will host the TruckPAC dinner to support our advocacy in downtown Austin. The week will conclude with the Board of Directors and Foundation Trustees meetings on Thursday, November 12. All members are invited and encouraged to participate in committee meetings and the Board of Directors meeting.

Join Us This Fall

Be part of the TXTA Fall Board Meetings and connect with fellow members and staff! This annual event includes committee and board meetings, the ELC networking event, and the TruckPAC Dinner. All TXTA members are invited to participate in committee meetings and the Board of Directors meeting.

TruckPAC Dinner 

TXTA will host a reception and dinner on November 11. Join fellow TXTA members as we welcome elected officials and senior agency staff for the evening. All proceeds from the event will benefit TXTA TruckPAC—our most important advocacy tool in the toolbox!

The cost to attend is $500, and members of the current ELC Class of 2028 can attend for $250. For those wishing to join the TruckPAC Committee to start the year, become a TruckPAC Champion Sponsor for $1,000. This includes your dinner registration as well as sponsorship recognition.
