Or you can choose to call to make reservations with their in-house reservations team at 210-558-6500. When booking on the phone, reference the name of the event, or the group code, TXG2924A, and the desired dates you wish to stay. A credit card will be collected at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations made within the group block are subject to the following policies:

  • HOTEL CANCELLATIONS – Reservations cancelled within 3 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
  • HOTEL NO SHOWS – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
  • HOTEL EARLY DEPARTURES – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.

If you need to cancel your room, please contact Lance Shillingburg at lance@texastrucking.com. We anticipate the room block will sell out and by contacting Lance, we can accommodate those on the waitlist. If you cancel through the hotel, the room is returned to their general inventory. 


Conference Registration

Registration is now open! Take advantage of the early bird rate and register online by May 31, 2024. Rates will increase on June 1 and online registration will end on July 1. You will NOT be able to register online after July 1.  

Included in your basic, full registration*:

  • Breakfast on Thursday
  • Education/Breakout Sessions
  • Safety/Maintnenance Awards Luncheon
  • Chairman's Dinner with Entertainment Thursday night
  • Allied Celebration Dinner with Comedian Friday night

* There is a fee for these items for a la carte guests!

Additional/Optional Add-ons for Registration:

  • Spouse registration - either full or a la carte
  • TXTA Foundation Main Event Fundraiser (Wednesday night)
  • TruckPAC Golf Tournament (Friday morning)
  • Spouse Brunch luncheon (Friday)

A sponsorship valued at $1,000 or higher is required for all allied companies attending Annual Conference. Only one sponsorship is required per company, regardless of how many attendees you have from the company. For example, if you have 5 employees attending, you only need one $1,000 sponsorship.

A few notes about registration:

  • When registering, please register yourself fully for the conference first and then the online system will ask if you’d like to add a spouse. 
  • If you need login credentials to register or have questions about the registration process, please contact Ann Quass at ann@texastrucking.com.
  • Sponsorships need to be purchased separately. Click here to go to our Sponsorship page.
  • To receive an official printed conference name badge, you must be registered by July 1. Late and/or Walk-in registrations will receive a slightly different name badge printed onsite. 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations made before June 30 - No cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made July 1 - 22 - 50% of registration fee
  • Cancellations after July 23 - NO REFUNDS

Allied member registration - SPONSORSHIP REQUIRED! A sponsorship valued at $1,000 or higher is required of our allied attendess. Only 1 sponsorship required per company attendee. Basic Registration includes: breakfast, general session, breakout sessions, safety/maintenance awards luncheon, board meeting, Chairman's dinner Thursday night, and Allied Celebration dinner Friday night.
Allied member attendee - NO SPONSORSHIP PURCHASED Use this registration pass if your company will NOT be sponsoring.
