Reservations made within the group block are subject to the following policies:

• HOTEL CANCELLATIONS – To avoid one night’s Room and Tax charge, reservations must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.
• HOTEL NO SHOWS – No show fees will be treated as cancellations and charged for one nights room and tax.
• HOTEL EARLY DEPARTURES – One night room and tax fee will be charged to attendee for unscheduled early departures.

Kids Night Out

The JW Marriott offers a Kids Night Out program that can be booked directly with the hotel. Activities vary by week, so the most up-to-date schedule and pricing will be available at hotel check-in.

If you need to cancel your room, please contact Kimberly Leggett at kimberly@texastrucking.com. We anticipate the room block will sell out and by contacting Kimberly, we can accommodate those on the waitlist. If you cancel through the hotel, the room is returned to their general inventory.

Conference Registration

Included in your basic, full registration*:

• Breakfast Buffet* 
• All Education/Breakout Sessions
• Safety/Maintenance Awards Luncheon*
• Board of Director's meeting
• Member Appreciation Reception
• Chairman's Dinner with Entertainment Thursday night*

* There is a fee for these items for a la carte guests!

Additional/Optional Add-ons for Registration:

• Spouse registration - either full or by select events
• TXTA Foundation Main Event Fundraiser (Wednesday night)
• TruckPAC Golf Tournament (Friday morning)

A sponsorship valued at $1,000 or higher is required for all allied companies attending Annual Conference. Only one sponsorship is required per company, regardless of how many attendees you have from the company. For example, if you have 5 employees attending, you only need one $1,000 sponsorship.

A few notes about registration:

• When registering, please register yourself fully for the conference first and then the online system will ask if you’d like to add a spouse/guest. 
• If you need login credentials to register or have questions about the registration process, please contact Ann Quass at ann@texastrucking.com.
• Sponsorships need to be purchased separately. Click here to go to our Sponsorship page.
• To receive an official printed conference name badge, you must be registered by July 6. Late and/or Walk-in registrations will receive a slightly different name badge printed onsite.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations made before June 30 - No cancellation fee
• Cancellations between July 1-24 - 50% of registration fee
• Cancellations after July 24 - NO REFUNDS
