Kids Night Out
The JW Marriott offers a Kids Night Out program that can be booked directly with the hotel. Activities vary by week, so the most up-to-date schedule and pricing will be available at check-in.

Early Bird Registration    
March 11–May 31
Take advantage of the lowest registration rate offered during the Early Bird Registration period. 

Regular Registration          June 1–July 1
Prices increase at the conclusion of Early Bird Registration, but you can still register online. 

Last Chance Registration*  July 2–July 22
Once regular registration closes, prices once again increase. Online registration closes on July 22. Contact

to register after July 22. 

Onsite Registration           
July 28–July 31
Interested attendees that missed all prior registration opportunities can register onsite at a premium cost.

Join the TXTA Foundation for Main Event and help raise funds for the Foundation’s Scholarship Program. The evening includes dinner, live and silent auctions and a raffle for a variety of prizes. All proceeds benefit the TXTA Foundation.

Reserve your spot in the TruckPAC Golf Classic to play the Oaks Course at TPC San Antonio - host of the PGA Tour’s Valero Texas Open. You can mix and mingle with trucking friends while playing a stunning course and supporting TXTA’s advocacy efforts. All proceeds benefit TXTA TruckPAC.
