The Technician of the Year Contest is presented by TXTA Fleet Maintenance Council (FMC) and proudly sponsored by Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies and Yokohama Tire Corp. Deadline to submit was April 17, 2026. The date of competition is May 29-30 in Waco, TX. The 1st Place winner will go on to compete in the National SuperTech Competition in Pittsburg, PA from September 20-24, 2026.
