TXTA Spring Meetings

Monday-Wednesday, February 2-4, 2026

Over the course of two days, TXTA committees, the board of directors, executive committee, emerging leaders council and TXTA Foundation will meet at TXTA’s headquarters! We will also host a TruckPAC event Tuesday evening.

Please note the hotel cancelation policy: Reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made by 4pm two (2) days prior to arrival. If not, the hotel will charge you a non-refundable one-night room and tax charge.

TruckPAC Dinner 
TXTA TruckPAC will host a reception and dinner on Tuesday, February 3. All proceeds from the event will benefit TXTA TruckPAC—our most important advocacy tool in the toolbox! The cost to attend is $500 and the current ELC Class can attend for $250.
