Registration
Registration is now open! Take advantage of the early bird rate and register online by May 31. Rates will increase after May 31 and online registration will end on June 30. You will not be able to register online after June 30 but will be able to register on-site at an increased rate.  

Included in your basic, full registration*:

• Breakfast on Thursday
• Industry/Education sessions
• Safety/Maintnenance Awards Luncheon
• Chairman's Dinner Thursday night
• Allied Celebration Dinner Friday night

* There is a fee for these items for a la carte guests!

Allied member companies will need to purchase a sponsorship valued at $1,000 or more. Only one sponsorship per company is required. See separate Sponsorship page. Please coordinate with other employees from your company to avoid double billing on the $1,000 fee.

A few notes about registration:

• When registering, please register yourself for the conference first and then the online system will ask if you’d like to add a spouse. 
• If you need login credentials to register or have questions about the registration process, please contact ann@texastrucking.com.
• Sponsorships need to be purchased separately. Click here to go to our Sponsorship page.
• To receive a printed name badge, you must be registered by June 30. Walk-in registrations will receive a slightly different name badge printed on-site.
